Art Specifications

Colors: All printing is done in CMYK colors. Spot colors will be converted to their CMYK equivalents. PMS(Pantoone) matching is possible on all full color products. Metallic colors and gradients can be simulated on full color products. True metallic colors are only available on RealMetallic products.

Preferred formats are .ai, .cdr, .eps, .pdf, .psd, .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .tiff & .gif. A minimum resolution of 300 dpi at printed size is recommended for non vector artwork. In vector art files it is recommended that all fonts be converted to outlines or curves. It is also recommended that a jpg of the artwork be supplied with the vector artwork as a back up for the layout. Electronic files can be sent via e-mail up to 25mb total per e-mail. Files over 25 mb can be sent via FTP. Consult factory for instructions.

Physical Submission:
Artwork may also be sent in the mail or UPS. In these cases, the artwork is usually scanned and returned with the order. Consult the factory before sending non-electronic artwork.

Trademarks & Copyrights: Registered trademark ® and copyrighted artwork © may only be reproduced with written permission from the legal holder of the trademark or copyright.
Stock Artwork: Choose a stock design from the thousands available at www.tfcolor.com. Colors and backgrounds may be changed to match the design requirements. Text may be added as required to finish the design. Designs from tfcolor.com are not clip art and may only be used on products from Time Frame.

Proofing:
Free full color electronic proofs are provided using our proprietary web proofing system at www.superproof.com. Changes are made and re-proofed as needed to finalize the design. Paper proofs and pre-production samples can be provided in most cases. However, these may incur an additional charge.

Prices/Art Charge Info:
Custom Design Art Set Up Fee: $45.00 per design one time only.
Standard Design Art Set Up: Adding text to a standard design is done at no additional charge(up to 2 lines) as long as all of the items are exactly the same and the quantity is at least 25 pieces.

Rush Time: $20 for any CUSTOM order shipped within 24 hours of when the art was received.

General Production Time:
1 - 15 working days from proof approval depending on product per catalog.

Cancelation Fee:
All accumulated charges on an order up to the time of cancellation are billed on the next business day after cancellation.

Method Of Shipping:
UPS Ground & Express or USPS. Shipping guarantees from the carrier only apply to the freight charges. Product replacement costs are only reimbursed if the shipment is lost or damaged as determined by the carrier.

Samples: Pre Production samples can be provided in most cases. Billed at the 25-249 price plus flat $20 sample fee. Samples are shipped by Priority Mail.
